This site will examine the science of melanin and celebrate its powerful impact on Culture -  past, present and future.

 Melanin is a natural conductor that absorbs energy into our DNA, transforms and converts that energy into more usable energy. It is Kemi-stry. It is the science of our beauty and the source of our distinction. Melanin is found inside of every human body in various degrees. The measurement is more concentrated in one with darker skin tone and decreases 
within the human family as the skin color diminishes. Melanin is found in our eyes, ears, mouth, all major organs, throughout our cells and inside of our brain. It stimulates ingenuity and creativity. The presence of this substance heightens the activity and response of our senses. This means, that as people of color, or darkness, or melanin, we must be aware of everything we intake because everything that effects our senses effect our melanin. The music we listen to, the foods we eat, even the images we see either help increase our melanin power or paralyze it. Melanin is even found throughout the universe. It is the mysterious dark matter that secures the galaxy and the magic stored in the great people throughout the African Diaspora.

and our influence on the entire world. This site will connect people to special places and things, and dare to celebrate
