Everything happens for a reason. Every action has a reaction. Manifesting the things you desire is a great way to protect and aid your mental health.
Manifesting can be a game changer for your life. It's so easy to dwell on all the negative things going on in your life and feel like it's never going to end. Find a few affirmations that really speak to you or even create your own. Place them somewhere you'll constantly see them and make them a part of your day.
It seems like as we all get older sleep becomes more necessary but we just can't quite get enough of it. I encourage everyone to find a quite moment for themselves during the day and rest. If you don't have time to sleep, rest or relax. Your business will be there tomorrow and we can all spare a day off. Money isn't going anywhere so don't kill yourself every minute of every day trying to make as much as possible.
