FMR asks that you share, support, & shop with this amazing business! Here’s a feature you’re sure to enjoy!

1. How do you sell your products before people can touch them?

“One way I find myself selling my products before people can touch them is wearing my products myself. I firmly believe that you are a walking billboard for your company & wearing my own products allows others to see them before they order something for themselves. You should always wear your products because it shows potential customers that you have products that you stand behind. Doing this, potential customers get to see the quality, I tell them different options they can choose from & they can make decisions from there.”

2. What’s the cost to start in your industry?

“Depending on what you choose to specialize in when it comes to jewelry items, I would say that the start-up cost in this industry could range from $1,000 to $2,000. That includes packaging (custom or non-custom), business/thank you cards, website costs, supplies (printers, scales, etc.), your chosen products & anything other items you choose to use for your brand.”

3. How do you ensure quality customer service?

“I ensure quality customer service by providing above & beyond communication, being transparent & honest with customers, having various ways that customers can contact me, providing a pickup or delivery service for local customers & providing high quality jewelry items that I fully stand behind.”

4. What are a few ways you plan to grow this year?

“I plan to invest in business coaching, promoting my business in more ways than just social media, go to pop-up shops or even have one of my own & supporting other businesses in the same ways they support mines.”

5. What would the opportunity of a lifetime to like?

“An opportunity of a lifetime would have to be getting my business out there to create opportunites like providing accessories to artists for shows/photo shoots or even actors/actresses for upcoming movies or events.”
