The Melanin Impact Community Guidelines
Our goal is to create a welcoming space where everyone feels safe and empowered. To achieve this, we ask all members to agree to the following:
Respect Above All: Treat others with kindness and respect, even when you disagree. Personal attacks, discriminatory language, harassment, and bullying will not be tolerated.
Stay on Topic: Keep discussions relevant to the group's focus (celebrating Black excellence, entrepreneurship, social action, etc.). Limit excessive self-promotion and off-topic posts.
Protect Privacy: Don't share private information (your own or others') without explicit permission. Be mindful of posting content featuring others.
Contribute Positively: Share your knowledge, offer support, and uplift others. Avoid spreading rumors or negativity.
Use Your Voice: Report any violations of these guidelines to the group moderators. We rely on you to help us maintain a safe and positive community for everyone.
Consequences Violations of these guidelines may result in warnings, removal of posts, or being banned from the group.
