Meet Amandi !

"My name is Amandi, I’m am 27 years old and I have been a licensed cosmetologist for 9+ years. I specialize in acrylic nails, custom press on nails, and body care products. As well as mens grooming. I am born and raised in SC and started my business in memory of my daughter Ava Jenae 💗in 2021."

1.How did you discover your passion in this industry?

"From an early age of probably like 7 I knew I wanted to be in the beauty industry. I was always fascinated spending hours watching my dad behind the chair as a barber it kind of became 2nd nature. I was always exploring with nails and colors, I loved being creative."

2. How do you maintain the quality of your work?

"I feel like no matter how long you’ve been in the . field you can never stop learning. I’m always studying, practicing and researching."

3. Where do you find inspiration for nails?

"My biggest inspiration for nails is probably Instagram, social media in general is sooo eye opening and I just love it!"

4. What’s the hardest lesson you’ve learned about becoming an entrepreneur?

"The hardest lesson I’ve learned is that it may be days you have 10 clients, some days there are none but overall you have to remain consistent in order to grow."

5. What are some tips you have for balancing being an entrepreneur & still taking care of yourself?

"To balance I would probably have to say definitely have a day to yourself. Whether it’s a self care day or just a day to regroup. Being your own boss can be overwhelming at times so it’s important you do all that you can to remain whole to represent your business."
